Responsibilities
- Find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of our assessment process
- Source qualified candidates via proactive outreach, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to deeply understand hiring needs
- Design and implement robust search strategies to build deep pipelines for active and future roles
- Set a metrics-driven recruiting strategy to meet hiring targets
- Drive offer approval, extensions, and negotiations
- Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth company or agency that works with high-growth startups
- Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Passion for finding and connecting with the best talent
- Disciplined strategy to source, engage, and nurture prospective candidates
- Ability to understand the technical requirements for the roles you will be hiring
- Knowledge of the latest recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience
- Experience recruiting both hardware and software roles
