About the Role:

Our first technical recruiter will play an integral part in supporting our rapidly growing engineering team by working alongside our hiring managers, engineers, and executives. In this role, you will fully own and drive the strategy for hiring across multiple teams, manage the relationships with key stakeholders, and execute on hiring.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with our product and engineering leaders to hire top engineers across multiple teams
  • Define and execute our Engineering hiring strategies to successfully scale the team
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging with and closing top talent
  • Help influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting process
  • Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including experience in-house and a specific focus on engineering
  • Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Data, Infrastructure, Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, and more.
  • Mastery of successful pipeline management
  • In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
  • Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
  • Experience building out new processes and iterations to improve efficiency along the way
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional out-of-the-box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)
