The Revenue Systems Manager will join our Business Operations team as a technology advisor to our marketing, sales, and finance organizations. This role is a fit for someone with deep technical knowledge of the Sales and Marketing stack, particularly Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, Pardot, and integrations between these platforms and third party applications.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and innovate the backend of our entire Sales amp; Marketing stack.
- Be the in-house Salesforce expert.
- Innovate our technology stack as the company continues to rapidly grow and business needs change.
- Work closely with vendors from prospective partnership through to integration, managing the relationship and backend data.
- Collaborate with teams across the Revenue organization and cross functionally with Product.
- Document out architecture, integral cross-functional systems, and processes.
About You:
- 4+ years with business systems analysis, business operations, or business solutions architecture on the Salesforce stack, within a high growth technology company.
- Experience designing and supporting large scale, sophisticated solutions with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and knowledge of multiple boundary systems (Marketo, Pardot, etc).
- You consider yourself a problem solver, supporting a broad range of go-to-market functions, including but not limited to marketing, sales development, sales, customer success, partners, finance, legal, and deal desk.
- Confidence creating and driving road maps and plans that lead to software delivery and team adoption success.
- Critical thinking and design thinking skills.
- You’re passionate about documentation.
- Comfort establishing a strong rapport with senior management to align their goals and objectives to technology solutions that support their needs.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and subscription lifecycle.

- Bonus for familiarity in working with data in SQL.
