At Wisetack, we’re creating financial empowerment by building financially-responsible consumer lending products that help smaller, offline businesses thrive.
We’re looking for someone to join our team to focus on working directly with our merchants to help evangelize Wisetack as the simplest, friendliest option for their customers and their business, and to help make Wisetack their preferred method of financing.
What you’ll be doing:This role will be responsible for working directly with our largest businesses to help drive loan volume growth. To start, this person will manage relationships with existing merchants, and also sign up and onboard new ones. Over time, we expect our team to grow and for this to become two separate roles, so this person needs to be versatile, hungry, and eager to try different experiments to help define our playbook.
This person will sit on the growth team and have goals tied to merchant signups and loan volume, but they’ll benefit from collaborating and sharing resources with our support/customer operations team. In general, this person will be the owner of a significant segment of the business. This role is great for someone who has the desire to grow into an account manager or account executive role.
The right candidate will be intellectually curious, hardworking, self-starting, customer-oriented, and will always prioritize integrity over short term results.
