Job Summary:

As the Manager, Healthcare Strategy and Consulting, you will be responsible for supporting the healthcare vertical’s strategic initiatives. You will serve as a consulting partner to healthcare clients, helping to develop consumer experience (CX) programs that deliver on their goals. You will also serve as an internal subject matter expert to educate and enable sales, customer success and product teams about the latest industry trends and how they intersect with our business. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the healthcare industry and possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of healthcare consumer experience and digital transformation..

Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth in the healthcare industry vertical by providing key insights to the sales approach and customer success program based on industry and market trends
  • Partner with healthcare clients to document product enhancement requirements
  • Work closely with Marketing to incorporate healthcare messaging into various collateral assets such as pitch decks and websites
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to enable a stronger healthcare fluency and alignment to patient experience goals at a variety of healthcare sub-verticals
  • Improve existing change management collateral materials and provide guidance to complex healthcare clients to support their experience management programs
  • Serve as a healthcare industry subject matter expert and present thought leadership points of view on behalf of the company
  • Support the creation of compelling, engaging, and effective digital content and playbooks
  • Manage initiatives related to the healthcare vertical growth strategy
  • Additional duties as assigned.
