Job Description

Phoenix Home Care is currently in search of a Care Coordinator to schedule nurse visits for our families with children and young adults who have specialized healthcare needs.

This position offers the right candidate a challenging position with opportunity for growth. Candidate must highly organized, detail-oriented amp; be able to multi-task and think on their feet in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding position.

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Interacting with client families/nurses/caregivers
  • Interviewing potential employees
  • Matching nurses to clients
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
  • Highly Organized amp; Detail Oriented

Qualifications:

  • Prior office experience is a must
  • Prior Health Care experience is a plus

Hours: FULL TIME (40+), MONDAY- FRIDAY 8:00AM-5:00PM. (Location at our Maryland Heights, MO office)
