Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager, who has past experience working with financial systems such as payment solutions, loan originating systems, and/or billing solutions, to join our Dev Team. The ideal candidate would have excellent understanding of the project lifecycle, accurate documentation, and be familiar with modern development technologies. They would also have strong technical acumen and the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all service functions while assist with improving internal and external communications.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Working on-site in Irving with the dev team and coordinating the effort with offshore team.
- Comfortable working in the off-hours as needed to facilitate a 24 hour dev cycle coordinating with offshore team.
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Detailed project planning and control including: Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan. Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan. Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary. Resolving cross-functional issues at project level. Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Providing status reports to superiors.
- Liaises with, and updates progress to, senior management.
- Final approval of the design specification.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing program.
- Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Tech/IT Project/Product Management with a focus on software development (Web based applications, C#.NET)
- Minimum of 2+ years in a hands on Project Management role with offshore teams development and delivery teams.
- Experience working with financial systems software on past projects
- Very strong project management skills/background in the information technology sector and thorough knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role in an Onsite Offshore model with distributed team(s) for at least 1 year.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Solid technical background, hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- PMP / PRINCE II/CSM certifications strongly desired
- Knowledge of or experience with Automotive/Powersports based domain would be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and team player
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) a plus
