The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, delivered by Rasa Spa, is hiring full-time and part-time staff to work at the award-winning, Four Diamond, and Traveler’s Choice, Inns of Aurora. The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, by Rasa Spa, is a brand new 15,000 square-foot building set to open in the spring of 2021. The Spa offers a holistic approach to wellness for the body and mind that promotes deep healing and harmony within a luxury setting surrounded by nature. Housing 10 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy options, and a large outdoor co-ed sauna, The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, by Rasa Spa, is truly a destination.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow direction
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferences
- Proficiency in current spa booking software
- Experience working in the spa industry
- Experience working in retail sales and merchandising
Special Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to move quickly through 15,000 square-foot space, including up and down stairs
- Experience in retail merchandising and sales will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Communication and customer service skills
- Genuine positive attitude
- User-level computer skills
