Currently, we are looking for a Partner Development Specialist to join our team!

This is a temporary position approximately 8-12 weeks.

Position Overview

As a Partner Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the acquisition of operational partner pharmacies. Primary responsibilities will include calling into pharmacy locations, managing a full partner cycle from initial lead search, partner research and lead qualification to conducting insightful discovery calls and presenting a strong value proposition to signing the partner pharmacy into the Phil Network.

Job Description

  • Partnership development position focused on acquiring new partnerships with partner pharmacies in the U.S.
  • Source new sales opportunities, establish and develop relationships through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Educate prospective partners on the value of Phil partner program
  • Play a fundamental role in helping achieve critical growth objectives


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years business development experience; preferred experience in digital health (telemedicine, pharmacy, EHR), or in a B2B sales role targeting small business
  • History of hitting strategic targets and exceeding monthly goals consistently
  • Self-motivated, driven, hands-on individual with an aptitude for pushing through daily, weekly and monthly quotas
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Must be very personable and comfortable with sales process including cold-calls.
  • Ability to operate and work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Comfortability with the dynamic nature of a rapidly expanding company with the ability to adapt and change
  • Can work remotely and excels in cross-functional working environments
