We are looking for an Senior Implementation Director located in the US and joining at a very exciting time for the business. Due to the recent growth and a number of new large clients coming on board we have a need for an experienced implementation manager. The role will be primarily managing the delivery of our SaaS solution to large financial institutions in North America. Our clients are looking to solve challenges around their current Policy Management and Regulatory Change Management requirements.
The new role is needed to establish and lead all client facing engagements from pre-sales to support side. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a background in B2B SaaS technology and working for a Governance, Risk and Compliance solution provider in a similar role.
Requirements
- Closely lead and manage multiple delivery projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and initiation to implementation and wrapping-up
- Manage client expectations and key stakeholders’ alignment to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate and align roll-out conducted by integration partners to ensure consistency and high standard of services - be the voice of ClauseMatch in coordinating partners’ Professional Services
- Rapidly build trusting rapport with the Customers and carefully prepare the users for a successful adoption phase
- Roll-out implementation methodology alongside client stakeholders aligning on scope, goals, deliverables, resource, Ramp;R and project governance
- Able to work and stay organized in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills to drive Client Relationship Management and Change Management
- Experienced in working closely with commercial teams
- Excellent communication skills - able to adapt how you communicate to a wide range of different audiences amp; stakeholders (internal and external)
- Proactive with sharing ideas and working with colleagues to agree plans
Desirable
- 5+ years experience in Implementation and Change Management of complex projects to Fortune 1000
- 3+ years of experience of delivering group-wide deployments in banking or insurance
- 2+ years of working for a B2B SaaS vendor
- Experience leading and growing teams with a great sense of empathy and able to lead by example
- Experience in coordinating pre-sales and client support activities
- Working already in the Governance, Risk and Compliance sector is a big plus
- Project management certifications (Agile and Prince2)
- Experience of delivering a SaaS enterprise solution
- Located either in NYC, Atlanta, Georgia or Charlotte, North Carolina
