1VALET is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. 1VALET is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Canada and is ready to take on the US market. If you're excited by the opportunity to take ownership of a new territory and sell one of a kind software, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll be joining a fast-growing hard-working group that’s changing the future of apartment and condo living!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and cold calling prospective clients to creating proposals and closing deals
- Sell our Building Operating System to property managers and asset managers of new and existing buildings
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demos (travel may be required)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Established connections in the real estate/new construction industry
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Assets:
- Experience working in an early phase start-up
- Experience selling security products
- Bilingualism (French amp; English)
