BURNCO is looking to add a skilled Athletic Field Installation Lead to our All-American Sports Material (AASM) team in Firestone, Colorado. Someone who drives change and takes pride in their high-quality workmanship and their ability to get things done effectively and timely. What You Will Be Doing
- Understand AASM product catalog, sell aggregate material to customers, execute installations
- Know proper field maintenance practices for productive customer conversations
- Transport equipment between project sites and schedule project deliverable dates
- Regularly interact with existing and potential customers for customer service satisfaction and growth opportunities
- Follow up on potential sales leads and upcoming projects
- Other duties as assigned
Reality of the Job
- You might work long hours during peak times
- You will work most Saturdays, especially during peak season
Requirements
What We Would Like From You
- Knowledge of aggregate materials
- Minimum two years sales experience, aggregate industry preferred
- Experience working with Apex
- Valid CDL Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to connect with stakeholders on mutually beneficial business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs

Bonus Eligibility: 10% of base salary potential in the Short-term Incentive Program (STIP)
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 - commensurate with experience
