Growth The Vx Way
As Growth Plan Manager, your primary goal is to oversee and manage growth plans for our clients. You’ll do this by working directly with clients to execute these plans and other growth-focused programs while managing team projects and timelines that support these efforts.
The key to this is your ability to build relationships with your clients and your team. This is actually the fun part. All of our clients are interested in creating sustainable growth, and when that happens, they are happy. We’ve also built a talented support team that thrives on the success of these efforts. When they succeed, they are happy.
You’re basically a Happiness Manager.
It’s hard work, but at the end of the day you get to go home, kick off your shoes, grab a drink and relax knowing you have done something truly beneficial.
