What we are seeking

We are looking for an experienced, bright individual to join our North America pre-sales crew. The right candidate, in addition to having stage presence, and a flair for the dramatic, will have both technical and business acumen as well as a naturally inquisitive personality.

You will lead customers and prospects through a process that requires you to discover their business need, draw out their solution on a paper napkin, or on your tablet, and then, build it for them on our platform.

You will conjure up grand tales of how you’ve wrestled COTS werewolves, slayed scope creeps, befriended c-level dragons. You will spin spells and rescue clients in distress from the cages of hades. You will out wit tyrannical naysayers and help sponsors realize their business objectives in a scalable, repeatable and quantifiable way.

Requirements

Key Tasks amp; Accountabilities

  • Be an equal contributor to a sales pursuit team.
  • Present and advise on best practice recommendations for digital transformation strategies.
  • Work and build relationships with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders to fully understand objectives and priorities.
  • Leverage those relationships to help develop a clear value proposition and business case.
  • Capture, map and determine inefficiencies in as-is business process flows and build the to-be / future state needed to execute the strategy transformation.
  • Architect a solution that enables the customer to achieve their goals while mitigating risk, beyond the Bizagi product, and on an enterprise level.
  • Provide rich UI/UX centric tailored demonstrations that bring to life, the solution requirements and clearly illustrates how the solution is uniquely positioned to meet customer objectives.
  • Own all business flow and technical aspects of the sale, including customer relationships.
  • Coordinate the internal resources needed to close the technical sale.
  • Develop and present to internal and external stakeholders the ‘solution definition’ that maps the ‘why’ to the ‘what’ to the ‘how’.
  • Have a Good technical and functional experience as a developer/consultant with focus on business workflow
  • Good grasp understanding of various iterative methodologies: Agile, SCRUM
  • Solid understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, XML
  • Strong documentation and articulation skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel

Experience working with the Global teams to develop proposals, presentations, RFIs, RFPs

Pre-sales support experience and managing the pre-sales team of consultants.
