The Operations Reporting Specialist will develop and provide reporting and data analysis as well as perform other tasks/projects as directed to assist leadership in managing day-to-day operations. This role supports the company's Provider Engagement, Member Engagement, amp; Clinical Operations teams. The Operations Reporting Specialist will become a subject matter expert in the key data and metrics of the areas supported and will compile and evaluate appropriate data to help the departments maintain uninterrupted, productive, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated, timely support in a professional, consistent, and organized manner.
- Use Excel and/or other business intelligence/reporting tools to compile and aggregate applicable data from multiple sources, perform relevant calculations and basic analysis, and provide relevant reporting and related insights.
- Develop processes for cross-functional communications pertaining to new report requests, enhancements to existing reports, development of new systems features and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Analytics team to procure reports in a timely manner. Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as requested
- Maintain list of feature enhancements to improve/optimize depth and scope of reporting
- Inform Provider Engagement, Member Engagement and Clinical Operations teams of enhancements which can provide greater visibility into operating performance
- Develop mechanisms for ongoing, proactive communication of progress on report requests and/or assigned projects.
- Immediately escalate all barriers which may impede timely delivery of report requests and/or assigned projects.
- Work with all stakeholders to prioritize requests; escalate to Leadership when conflicts arise.

Requirements
- Experience in managed care or other healthcare setting
- 3 - 5 years’ experience working in an operations support or reporting role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with expert-level experience in Excel
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce reporting
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable information that informs decision-making
- Significant degree of flexibility and agility; ability to quickly understand and assess a request and react confidently
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage changing priorities, and ambiguity, with ease
- Self-motivated, self-starter. Ability to autonomously manage time, tight deadlines, and escalate, as appropriate
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn on the job
