About This Role

TaskForce seeks a curious, collaboration-oriented Audience Development Associate who will be responsible for providing support in audience analytics, client reporting, and monitoring key partner channels for relevant content. Familiarity with data analysis, audience segmentation, and complex content models are valuable in this role.

The Audience Development Associate will be a member of a 3+ person Audience team which oversees organic and paid digital distribution, internal and external product development, and strategic partnerships across the progressive community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing reporting and first-look analysis to internal and external stakeholders for the Into Action Lab and other TaskForce clients.
  • Identify relevant audiences for distribution of existing Into Action content, as well as new audiences where we can make an impact.
  • Maintain internal distribution platforms to ensure content is available and discoverable by stakeholders and end users.
  • Monitor and log usage of Into Action Lab content, report on our results, and identify new ways to tell our story and improve our impact.
  • Work collaboratively with the Partnerships and Creative teams to ensure we’re producing the most compelling content for partners.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Invested in TaskForce’s vision and mission for positive change though arts and culture
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback, and to execute tasks accordingly
  • Fantastic organizational skills are a must
  • Interest in digital organizing, marketing and audience development practices -- across platforms
  • Deep familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel, and an understanding of how data can move between systems.
  • Voting and civic engagement experience is a plus

Your Experience
  • 1+ years experience in digital engagement, analytics, or data for a campaign, advocacy organization, social change agency, or brand
  • Strong familiarity with social media, digital content, and internet culture.
