About the Role

TaskForce seeks a part-time (eight hours/week) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant who will work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to develop a long-term diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy across our workforce. The consultant will support in conflict resolution and employee relations around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with CEO to develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion plan
  • Help employees navigate related HR issues
  • Support CEO in team career development
  • Consult on best practices for talent acquisition
  • Assist in establishing guidelines for HR-related needs

About You

  • Possess deep cultural awareness and sensitivity, and be committed to cultivating cultural competence in the team
  • Invested in TaskForce’s vision and mission for positive change though arts and culture
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback and to execute tasks accordingly

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • 5+ years of experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion work
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict in the workplace
