Peak Mountain Advisors is seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing associate to help take our company to the next level. In this position, you will be processing administrative tasks for the office as well as implementing our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. You should be familiar with basic administrative duties, high quality client facing service, generating marketing material, implementing and maintaining marketing campaigns, product and service promotion, and maintaining business media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks in the office (1/3 of the time)
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic, demographics and rankings)
- Creating marketing content for digital and print advertising
- Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
Requirements
- Successful work experience as a marketing or administrative associate, marketing or administrative assistant, or similar position
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
- Understanding of SEO/SEM campaigns
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, web analytics, and Google AdWords
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of Compliance standards for the Financial Services industry
- High quality client facing customer service
