oXYGen Financial is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in our back office, performing various clerical and administrative duties and tasks. With responsibility of the day-to-day back-office details and special projects, you will rely on your strong organizational and service skills to help insure clients have a wonderful experience.
Requirements
- Assist with client communication and follow up tasks
- Process new account paperwork, account transfers, new contributions, redemption and beneficiary changes among other things
- Maintain client information in CRM database
- Responsible for scheduling/calendar for the Private CFO’s of oXYGen Financial
- Schedule Travel for the Private CFO of oXYGen Financial
- Assist in the scheduling of client appointments
- Assist with data entry
- Other duties as assigned by Lead Advisor
Knowledge, Skills, amp; Abilities
- Experience in the finance/securities industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude
- Desire to provide world-class client service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
