Job Description

The Seller Labs Managed Services Intern is part of the Managed Services team. We train you on eCommerce and all things regarding Amazon PPC Management. From there, we make you part of our Sales team to assist with prospecting, qualification and initial sales for Seller Labs Managed Services (SLMS). The position is focused on top of the funnel early stages of revenue generation of our SLMS unit and would have some responsibilities with other products as well. The Internship reports to the VP of Services. In addition, potential full time employment is possible.

Duties:

  • Learn PPC strategies and the SLMS process
  • Understand the duties of the SLMS Account Coordinator
  • Work closely with the SLMS sales team
  • Develop and execute an email and calling sequence to target prospects lists
  • Mine existing clients for referral business
  • Implement sales strategies and document in SalesForce
  • Connect customers' business needs with SL products and services

Requirements

  • Sound and up-to-date technical knowledge; familiarity with PPC strategies a plus
  • Supports cross-team/department collaboration amp; inclusion
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer Success focused
  • A solid work and professional ethic - a self-starter
  • Can proficiently use and regularly update prospect information for ongoing sales status and notes on customer needs, interests, competitive activities and potential for future sales in SFDC
  • Ability to complete and execute sales contracts
  • Hungry to be in a challenging environment in a fast growing tech company
