About the role:
This role is part of the Growth amp; Partnerships team. The Growth amp; Partnerships team is responsible for driving growth by establishing strategic partnerships and building products that can delight customers and deliver growth. The team is fast paced, drives impact and is building net new value for our customers.We measure our success through overall customer satisfaction, policy sales amp; partner success. Our partners today span multiple verticals and include consumer facing brands like Acorns, Chime, Nerdwallet, Stash and more.

We love this role because it’s high impact and offers growth potential. You will play a critical part in delivering our 2021 strategy across owned and partner led marketing channels. For the marketer that wants to build expertise in growth initiatives, this role is a great training ground and offers exposure to product management and business development.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with cross functional stakeholders to:

  • Create messaging, positioning and launch plans for existing amp; new partner products (and drive partner adoption?)
  • Define amp; execute growth opportunities with top partners through research, data analysis and close collaboration with product and business teams
  • Drive alignment throughout go to market process with internal and external stakeholders

Who you are:
The ideal candidate for this role has 1-3 years of experience in marketing, program/partner management with great communication skills. Strong preference for someone who can manage internal and external stakeholders and is a creative self-motivated problem solver.
