- Interface directly with our client, serving as their primary technical point of contact for integrations
- Be a thought leader and go to subject matter expert when it comes to integrations
- Understand user requirements and communicate how to best solve their business and technical challenges, from high-level architecture to code implementation
- Develop and implement solutions to integrate applications
- Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs
- Create technical documentation
Requirements
Musts:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program or relevant work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in the following technical disciplines: middleware, database management, software development
- Strong technical generalist background and experience with code-level debugging with large enterprise customers
- Experience with C#, C++, Java
- Strong knowledge of multiple development languages
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with minimum supervision. Requires exceptional organizational skills, problem solving skills, and flexibility in changing priorities.
- Be a team player with the ability to share knowledge and develop colleagues for the overall benefit of the team and organization
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired:
- Experience as a Software Architect
- A generalist engineer who is comfortable operating in variety of technical activities
- Be comfortable elaborating on technical concepts and explain how things work, from not only a product feature side but also an API architecture perspective.
- Familiar with tools and platforms such as Confluence, Jira, GIT, Jenkins, Ansible.
