Responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate that has experience providing digital marketing solutions to clients in the advertising industry; preferably in the pharmaceutical advertising space. Assist lead strategists with:
Developing digital experience recommendations based on digital analysis (web, search, social, CRM, etc.), primary and secondary research to inform both brand and digital strategy plans.
Collaborating with account and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs.
Acting as a strategic voice to help guide digital programs/products throughout the process without compromising strategy or innovation.
Being a digital thought leader for internal and external audiences, by staying up to date on the latest trends, innovations and best practices.
Day-to-day activities can include:
Develop point-of-views and recommendations based on metrics, research, digital trends and best practices for internal and client audiences.
Develop social media content strategies, implement and management social media posts, communities and ad campaigns.
Build and manage paid search campaigns through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Develop target audiences for paid media through Google Ads, implement and management campaigns.
QA/review internal team output with digital strategy lens.
Create analytic report presentations, including insights and analysis, using data from analytic and media platforms (knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, etc. is helpful).
Requirements
2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience at an advertising agency or marketing firm; preferably pharmaceutical advertising.
Proven hands-on experience of digital projects, with the ability to convert data and information to meaningful insights
Experience with Analytics platforms (ex. Google Analytics), CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva, more), Paid Search and Social platforms desired
Ability to think creatively and present new digital content ideas
Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to support teams and provide ideas and solutions

Knowledge of the healthcare regulatory landscape desired
4 year degree in marketing, advertising, digital innovation or equivalent.
Creatively minded and very detail oriented
Entry level to associate level
