Job Description

$2,500 sign-on bonus

Pyramid Walden is hiring for a Clinical Supervisor to help guide amp; manage the overall provision of clinical services, policies/procedures for our residential treatment facility in California, MD.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provides clinical amp; administrative supervision to assigned staff as required utilizing individual amp; group supervision formats.
  • Reviews and manages the assignment/review of case files to ensure compliance with treatment amp; discharge planning.
  • Manages resources to achieve required performance outcomes.
  • Acts in a leadership role within the program to promote the mission, ethics amp; brand promise of the Walden agency.
  • Reviews site assessments amp; conducts the disposition process for designated site.
  • Provides oversight of client reports, program reports, amp; contract management compliance as needed.
  • Acts as liaison to referral sources and attends agency/community meetings as needed.
  • Monitors implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to State standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Participates in on-call supervisor rotation as assigned.
  • Carries a client case load as assigned.
  • Coordinates with other Clinical Supervisors/Directors to ensure program coverage as needed.
  • Ensures compliance of established policies amp; procedures required for program licensing, CARF accreditation, amp; contract management.
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement.

Specific Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Adheres to all policies, procedures amp; regulations.
  • Attends amp; actively participates in staff meetings amp; trainings as needed.
  • Responds appropriately to the cultural difference of staff, clients, residents, amp; referral sources.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere that promotes Walden’s culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

Licensure, Education, amp; Experience:

  • Active Maryland LGPC of LMSW required.
  • Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C licensure preferred.
  • Master’s degree in related field required.
  • One year demonstrated previous clinical program supervision/management experience, preferably in a behavioral health environment.
  • Obtained specialized training in: CBT, Trauma Informed Care, Collaborative documentation.
