Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Description
Paradigm is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to support our client, a leader in the automotive sales industry, located in Wilsonville, OR. The ideal candidate will have experience developing high-quality software an active and collaborative member of a distributed software development team.
Type: Direct Hire, Full-time
Location: Part time Remote and Onsite (Wilsonville, OR)
Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities of the Software Development Engineer in Test:
- Build, update and execute tests for software systems and/or applications for complex, large-scale software across different browsers and devices
- Document accurate and detailed platform bugs and issues
- Aid in the technical support on development projects by recreating reported bugs, including gathering more information for the development team
- Participate in full development life cycle Document draft processes and expected outcomes
- Execute appropriate test plans
- Be an active participant in agile meetings
Requirements

- Ability to properly prioritize tasks independently
- Eagerness to explore new ideas and a self-motivated desire to continuously learn new things
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams
- Relevant Associate/College degree or 1+ year of experience in software development
- Knowledge of Jira or related issue tracking tools
- TestRail or similar test management software
- Experience with C# and Selenium
- Basic understanding of best practices for the full Software Development Lifecycle in an agile environment including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
