Due to our niche HR service offering, we are looking for seasoned HR Sales Professionals. We want those talented few, whose solid sales record and industry experience make them the perfect fit for this intangible business service. This position will focus on the Los Angeles/North OC area.

The perfect candidate will have incredible communication skills, an indisputable sales record and relevant HR skills allowing them to hit the ground running with little training.

  • Documented record of superior sales achievement
  • Desire to be part of a no-nonsense family of professionals who truly enjoy what they do and support each other out of their passion for team success.
  • 3-6 Years of proven experience selling intangible services related to payroll, employer insurance, business services or human resources.
  • Ability to self manage and maintain focus with a great amount of freedom to run your day.
  • Great perseverance to push on through adversity and generate activity that move sales forward to closure.

  • Previous HR Services or Labor Law background highly desirable.
