The client is an exciting new direct selling organization with a focus on providing high quality bedroom and sexual health products in a fun and educational setting. The client launched with its main purpose to provide an avenue where women and their partners can pamper themselves with intimate luxury. Their mission is two-fold: to demystify the stigma of intimate bedroom accessories, and to provide support as women explore personal boundaries and revitalize their relationships. The client focuses on the sale of their branded boutique collection of intimate accessories through a nationwide team of independent direct selling consultants, while providing them an opportunity to be self-empowered both personally and financially.
ModSquad is looking for mods to provide ticket and phone support for our client's Business Consultants and customers who order directly from their website. If you’re familiar with direct sales, home-party consultants, and have a passion for passion then this might be the perfect project for you!
Hours: Monday - Sunday10 am to 4 pmIdeal candidates will be:

• Remote position; based out of Georgia
• In possession of excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• Able to work independently and use provided resources
• Highly engaged and productive
• Experienced using a CRM software tool (Oracle Netsuite experience is a huge bonus!)
• Experienced providing email and phone support, using knowledge base articles and resources, or showing strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• In a quiet workspace for taking/making phone calls
• Willing to install Modsquad security suite software
• (Bonus points if you are familiar with direct sales and consulting or running a home-party business -- think Avon, Pampered Chef, Passion Parties, Pure Romance, Paparazzi, etc.)
