Level: Manager/Director - Delivery and Implementation

• Total 8+ years including at least 2-4 years of management consulting experience
• Hands on experience in implementations and optimizations of ServiceNow or Salesforce
• Experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module
• Experience developing detailed implementation plans in ServiceNow
• Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices
• Experience in Management and leading teams
