Job Description
Droplette is revolutionizing drug delivery: we are building a disruptive needle-free platform technology with groundbreaking applications in cosmetics, gene delivery, and healthcare.
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate. In this role you will be part of the team that is setting up our manufacturing facility. Success as an Order Fulfillment Associate is measured by following department standard operating procedures, having keen attention to detail, dedication for delivering high picking accuracy, and working effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will want to join a fast-growing startup. We believe in internal growth and mobility.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with various parts of the fulfillment process such as order tracking, box building, shipping amp; receiving, and inventory tracking.
This is an hourly position with great benefits. You will work at our office located in the Seaport.

What We Seek:
- High School diploma or high school equivalent
- 1 year previous work experience in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer knowledge and working ability with Gmail and Shopify is a plus
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
- Ability to troubleshoot routine packaging/shipping related problems
- Ability to maneuver a hand truck and pallet jack
