Job Description

The Daniel Group is looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solvers who love working with people and who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service! We have multiple positions open and are interviewing immediately!

This is a temp to permanent and direct hire opportunity. The Customer Experience Team is temporarily working from home due to COVID (however this is an in office position). You must live in the Austin or surrounding areas and be prepared to return to working in the office at any time in order to be considered for the position.

The pay is $17.50 an hour and payday is every Friday.

You must have a fully flexible schedule and be able to work any shift from Monday - Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 7:00pm. They currently run a few different shift patterns that remain the same from week to week, so you will be able to plan accordingly once you are assigned to a team schedule.

You would be working about 40 hours a week and the first week of training is on site and in the office.

In this role, youll be an integral part of a fast-paced and quickly growing Customer Experience team.


Requirements

We are seeking candidates that have the following:

  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment (each associate helps approximately 100-150 customers during their shift).
  • Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise or escalate, as appropriate.
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts via phone, email, and chat.
  • Be an expert on the products being sold.
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer experience related position.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written (phone, email, chat); Bilingual a plus.
  • Strong ability to listen, identify problems, and find resolution.
  • Must be poised and professional.
  • Must be accountable for daily, weekly, monthly goals.
  • Show flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Well organized and resourceful.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills.
  • Must have integrity and do the right thing at all times.
