Position Summary

Constructor is looking for a strategic and operationally minded individual to drive growth and operational excellence across the sales organization. This role will be responsible for creating comprehensive sales strategies, increasing operational efficiency with processes, ensuring our sales team is enabled to be successful, and collaborating with teams across the organization.

This role requires strong data-driven and analytical skills, while also understanding the realities of a go-to market motion in a startup. This person excels at balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and enjoys the ambiguity of solving problems with data.

Requirements

In Sales Operations, you will

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to enable our sales team with training and best practices to improve close rates, including formalized training and communicating new policies and processes
  • Power operational efficiency and team productivity by continuously improving processes, tools, and reporting with a specific focus on sales efficiency within Salesforce
  • Help Lead annual and quarterly planning and forecasting for the go-to-market team
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform executive decisions across the organization
  • Improve daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and Product

A great candidate for this role is

  • Experienced in building sales strategy and driving operational excellence in a SaaS startup
  • Comfortable in identifying, exposing, and rallying the team around key sales metrics and how to operationalize strategies to drive improvements in these metrics
  • Detail-oriented and a structured and strategic problem solver with a natural curiosity to seek out answers
  • Focused on execution, with a desire to roll up their sleeves, particularly in Salesforce report-building
  • An effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communicator
  • Continually uncovering best practices and opportunities to improve processes
  • Experienced with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach) and data platforms (Excel, etc)
  • Collaborative across the organization
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
