We’re dedicated to creating lasting relationships with florists across the UK and US, whilst taking orders from loyal customers in 114 different countries.
Due to our extraordinary growth, we are launching a brand new sales department and looking for passionate, outgoing and hardworking individuals to join our team and help us grow. You will be calling florists across the UK and USA to enroll them onto our revolutionary FloomX software.
What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting florists in the UK and U.S. markets
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing
- Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensuring KPI's are met
- Managing the phone making calls to drive sales
- Managing sales and customer emails
Requirements
- Previous experience within SaaS sales or telesales a must
- You can build close relationships quickly, and develop deep levels of trust that enable you to persuade and influence decision-making
- You are passionately committed to going above and beyond for your customers, pulling in whatever resources you need to deliver the best experience for them
- You can simplify the most complex topics in a way that anyone can understand
- You’re driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing start-up environment, and can organise amp; prioritise your work independently
- You are committed to self-development, whether independently or with your team;
- You’ve had formal sales training, and have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
