Job Description

Corin is seeking a Customer Success Manager is a highly visible role leading the team responsible for technical and clinical support for sales agents and surgeons using OMNIBotics and other Corin products in the Operating Room. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the management of the team, setting and tracking KPIs and objectives as well as schedule management.

Corin is a medical device business with innovative robotically assisted platforms for joint replacement surgery. Corin offers a unique combination of clinically proven hip amp; knee solutions and world leading technologies, our OMNIBotics amp; OPS systems utilize intelligent instrumentation to give surgeons the ability to perform patient-specific procedures with high accuracy, with more consistent results and improved recovery rates.

The Main Job Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager are to:

  • Manage the Customer Success team including hiring, training, coaching, goal-setting, and overall performance management
  • Provide clinical support in the Operating Room as required for Corin customers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned Corin portfolios
  • Participate in the implementation of new Corin account deployments and the maintenance and support of existing Corin deployments
  • Work with Sales/Marketing/Customer Service to create and maintain a process for robot deployment orders which leverages systems and technologies currently in place.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Operation, Sales teams for data collection, training, and implementation activities.
  • Serve as one of the primary hotline contacts for technical and clinical support calls for Corin field needs.
  • Support field demos, training courses, cadaver labs.

Requirements

The ideal Customer Success Manager will have / be:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of related medical device robotic surgery experience, preferably in orthopedics.
  • Experience working with customers, commercial teams, and various sales channels
  • Previous experience supervising professional staff highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and present to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic team player, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly


This position requires up to 40% domestic travel to customer locations, professional meetings, and trainings.
