Armstrong Flooring has an exciting career opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager with strong business acumen to develop a strategic vision and road map within our North America Flooring portfolio. You will drive the new product development process, analyze competitor products, and execute operating and project plans to differentiate our products from those of the competition. If you are a strong product manager who can roll up your sleeves and balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities while bringing new ideas and strong leadership, this is the opportunity for you!
The Sr. Product Manager drives the new product development process to ensure products are developed on time and within budgetary goals. This includes leading product planning and design to ensure the products are successfully launched and differentiated from our competition. The position also manages full product life-cycle, including conception, definition, development, launch and post-launch activities.

Sr. Product Manager Salary: $120,000 - $160,000, based on experience (Gr. 14/15) + annual incentive plan
