We Need You

Following a successful year here at Petlab Co, we are currently looking to expand our eCommerce team and hire an Amazon Account Manager who has the mentality and an intrapreneurial eye to join our team and deliver amazing results.

We want someone with prior experience in managing an Amazon account for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce company that operates in the US and UK.

A Day In The Life

  • To be able to work with brand CEO's and all members of all teams to roll out a series of growth projects and manage them (e.g. increase Amazon revenue through leveraging brand pages or run a direct mail campaign to reignite dormant customers)
  • You will be required to work independently with contractors and team members grow and optimise certain digital revenue streams (e.g. growing Amazon business locally in the UK and globally)
  • Have the ability to create eCommerce and marketing initiatives that measurably contribute to Cel hitting it’s 2020 revenue targets
  • You will have to plan and strategize the rollout of new website assets and features to aid in reeling in sales.
  • Manage team members and project teams to support the on-going growth initiatives.
  • Good analytical and category management skills to provide an out of the box mindset when working on the growth of the account.
  • Pragmatic and quick problem-solver, which is essential when working in any eCommerce setup.
  • You should be able to work within a fast-paced dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
  • Project management experience to lead the team on new ideas and plans to effectively work together on the execution of smaller projects and rollouts which contribute to major targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in dealing with the Amazon platform (Branded pages, FBA, Amazon deals) with experience growing it and producing amazing results.
  • Working experience or proven knowledge in Google (Bing, Display, Youtube) and has an understanding of PPC strategy and SEO.
  • Experience or knowledge in other online revenue channels (eBay, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
  • Experience in the optimization of marketing campaigns, testing, project management.
  • Experience in direct to consumer marketing and the online customer journey and flow.
  • Experience/knowledge in selling premium products with a focus on excellent customer experience.
