We are seeking a highly-motivated Graphics Specialist to design effective images for our educational apps. Our Graphic Specialists design charts, graphs, and diagrams to add value to practice questions and explanations. Successful candidates will have team-collaboration experience and possess acute attention to detail.
Minimum Education:
- Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
- Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (ie. Photoshop, Illustrator)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Confidently work in an environment with high expectations
- Be receptive to continuous feedback from peers and management
- Have excellent written, grammar, math and oral communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Be willing to take on new responsibilities as needed
- Develop new skills rapidly
Job Responsibilities:
Design and Create
- Create original graphics for a wide range of subjects, including mathematics, finance, language, history etc.
- Collaborate with our SAT/ACT/AP and CFA/CPA teams to create unique ways of visualizing difficult concepts
- Create graphics according to stylistic guidelines
Consult and Collaborate
- Collaborate with management and team members to define schedules and deliverables, and to ensure goals are met
- Help maintain an efficient and successful production process
Technical/Quality Assurance
- Communicate effectively with IT amp; quality assurance teams to anticipate and resolve issues
- Work independently or in small groups to trouble-shoot and provide solutions to production issues related to creation and content building
