Job Description

One of our top producing Real Estate Agents is seeking a highly motivated, self starter with a "take charge" mindset for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales Associate position. This is a 30-40hr/week, Monday-Friday position. Some in-office work will be required.

The ideal candidate needs to have the natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks. They must have excellent communication and extraordinary customer service skills. This person knows how to prioritize tasks and does not get distracted by an increasing to-do list. This is a fast-paced environment and the perfect candidate must thrive in this environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into clients
  • Scheduling showing appointments for agent/buyers
  • Manage and update marketing systems as needed for lead generation, database management and information management.
  • Managing and maintaining online profiles, social media, 3rd party real estate websites and personal websites.
  • Management of all print and online marketing including; templated brochures, floor plans, photos, email marketing and direct mail.
  • Communication with homeowners, associations and property managers to collect and share all needed selling documents.
  • Curate the content for the monthly e-newsletter, update the recipients who receive it, and schedule it to be sent out.
  • Organize and maintain the email inboxes.
  • Keep track of monthly marketing calendar and tasks
  • Learn and use current CRM management system (kvCORE)
  • Assist agent with Open House preparation
  • Send weekly reports to clients
  • Meet photographers at new listings
  • Enter new listings in multiple listing service
  • Deliver marketing brochures amp; lockboxes as needed
  • Handle administrative details from contract to closing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years work experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent phone demeanor
  • Must be experienced in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and social media
  • Knowledge of DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Asana is a plus
  • Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Self starter
  • You know the difference between your and you’re, their, there and they’re’; or its and it’s and can use them properly in a sentence
  • You’re a quick study that’s able to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced and fun environment
