Manufacturing Maintenance Tech - Strasburg *$1500 SIGN-ON BONUS*

Are you looking for a fast paced and rewarding work environment? Kleen Test Products has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in Strasburg.

We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, strong work ethic and proven safety record. Candidate must have a strong mix of both mechanical and electrical experience and know how.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that all above listed production equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Insures that the Plant and property is maintained in a safe, and secure manner.
• Assists the Maintenance Supervisor to instruct machine operators, and Shift Supervisors on the safe operation of production equipment.
• Repair of all production equipment (as listed above), and plant equipment on assigned shift.
• Execute line and equipment changeovers to minimize down time and maximize efficiency of equipment and resources.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment in accordance with written procedures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
• Effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, and the senior leadership team as well as with various other departments and plants.
• Promote teamwork by demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and cooperation on projects with other plants and departments striving to meet project objectives.

Sign-on Bonus Details

$500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once the milestone has been reached.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma, or GED, and 1-2 years of relative applicable experience.
• Prior experience in maintenance, machine operation, and/or related area with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing equipment.
• Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail.
