Job Description

Kleen Test has an immediate opening for a self-motivated and driven Quality Control Lead for our wet wipe manufacturing facility in Mequon, WI. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a regulated environment with an understanding of cGMP and GDP requirements. This position is a "Working Leader" which means a mix of leadership and supervisory tasks, combined with some on-the-floor tasks to keep production lines running smoothly.


Act as a quality support to all aspects of the business, ensuring all operations are performed in a compliant and safe manner. Conduct Quality Assurance audits of facilities and procedure adherence, assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. Assist management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems. Perform training on new procedures or practices. Create documents that supports activities throughout the company (MPRs, Trial documents, forms, SOPs, Work Instructions). Function in conjunction with Supervisor/Manager on special department projects, including trials and EMOs. This position description/summary reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.


Sign-on Bonus Details

$500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once the milestone has been reached.

Requirements

  • Assist in driving compliance in the Production areas by performing compliance inspections/audits. Discuss results with department management, make appropriate recommendations and set timetable for improvement and corrections. Organize and track audit closure.
  • Educate and instruct personnel in defined processes, documentation practices, equipment / general sanitation, and housekeeping practices. Confirm these procedures are being followed.
  • Evaluate and take corrective action when necessary with regard to product quality.
  • Function as an information source for site when quality issues arise.
  • Manage rework activities in a controlled manner.
  • Assist Quality Management in preparing shipments of samples and finished goods.
  • Assist in development of special Quality department projects and work in conjunction with Manager/Supervisor.
