Expectations
Provide administrative support to the CEO and members of our staff
Complete tasks that are given to the employee in a timely manner and meeting deadlines of given tasks
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Take minutes during meetings
Any other duties required by the employer
Requirements
- *Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- A motivated self-starter
