Job Description

We're looking for an analytically and exceptionally oriented talented intern to help grow Club Feast in NYC, SF, and across the world! The right candidate will be analytical, business savvy, able to make data-driven decisions and manage projects from start to end. The individual will need to have a passion for partnerships and relationships with outstanding organizational skills. This is an opportunity to work directly with some of our largest partners in the food delivery industry while working at one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You’ll Do

  • The role will typically involve the following and more:
  • Assisting with Partner Management/Outreach: Communicate effectively and implement creative ways to improve the experience for our partners
  • Execution: Implement projects, processes, and day to day tasks that help our restaurant partners scale and innovate
  • Data analysis: Analyse data and develop strategies that our restaurant partners can implement to grow their businesses
  • Build and update media lists and databases
  • Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect clients

The impact you will have:

  • Extract and analyze day-to-day data from various systems and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports to be utilized by management teams
  • Assist in strategy execution developed in collaboration with Partnerships Managers and Strategic Partners
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to success
  • Collaborates with Operations Team to manage ongoing improvements to processes and platforms
  • Liaises with Accounts Management teams to ensure communication
  • Collaborates with Account Managers to investigate and diagnose issues with restaurant partners Identify and assist with building the approach for entry into new segments or expanding existing
  • Participate in internal marketing and business meetings and present ideas and strategies that develop new business

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience or interest in sales, project management, growing a startup, or similar.
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgment. Excel modeling skills necessary, SQL knowledge/interest advantageous.
  • Empathetic in dealing with different people. Able to quickly build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders with no problem.
  • Master executer, able to get things done.
  • Passionate about technology, and excited about Club Feast prospects for the future and a believer in the value that Club Feast brings to our cities.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of the different social networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficiency at MS Office, Google Suite
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters university/college
