The gig.
You will work closely with a range of roles including Researchers, Growth Strategists, Data Analysts, Interactive Designers, Front-end Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Scrum Masters, as well as client stakeholders.
You will be empowered to guide the technical strategy of your projects and will work directly with your team and Product Owner to create a plan for, and deliver, new solutions, features, and functionality. Three Five Two produces a wide range of websites and digital products and provides a renowned opportunity to work on a variety of projects across many unique industries.

- Has worked and can speak to intricate projects from beginning to end
- Is passionate about learning and adopting new technology and practices where appropriate
- Offers strategic input to clients on their digital strategy
- Has experience working in agile, team environments
- Understands the value of code quality and embraces tooling to improve readability and consistency across code bases
- Can tolerate puns, even really bad ones
Requirements
- Excellent communication with clients and team members alike
- 3+ years of web development experience
- Proven experience in Node.js (PHP and/or C# a plus)
- Proven experience working in a full-stack capacity using React (Angular a plus)
- Strong familiarity with at least one React state management solution (Redux, Hooks, etc)
- Strong familiarity with build/bundling tools (Webpack, Grunt, etc)
- Experience in performance monitoring and tuning for high-volume, concurrent web applications
- Experience with both schema and schema-less database technologies (we mostly use Postgres and MongoDB)
- Experience with Git or a comparable VCS
