New federal laws now require business phone systems to transmit detailed location information with every 911 call. Unfortunately, most business phone systems do not send the actual location of a 911 caller within their office. At best, the street address may appear, and at worst, the 911 call may go to a dispatcher in a completely different part of the country. Our software intercepts 911 calls and works with business phone systems to send precise, detailed location information with every 911 call to the correct public safety answering point. Our software gives our customers peace of mind at a reasonable and fair price.
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to own the relationship with our customers after they have signed up for our service. You'll be responsible for onboarding, service adoption, and renewals. In addition, you'll recommend solutions and provide guidance on our product so our users can take full advantage of the features and functionalities. You'll own any technical issues that arise and coordinate between the customer and our engineering team to resolve issues, bugs, and feature requests. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with helpdesk and customer success software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that cares about doing the right thing, and offers an excellent customer relationship during all sales and after-sales procedures.
