Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (Registered Nurse RN)

Phoenix Home Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Private Duty Nursing Department. Our pediatric and young adult nursing team is established amp; rooted in Joplin, MO as well as the surrounding areas. This will be a rewarding position and will provide the opportunity to work alongside other talented nurses as well as Care Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, optimistic, energetic amp; have a willingness to provide orientation amp; on-going training to nurses, clients amp; their families.

• Flexibility amp; Self-motivation is a must.
• Trach / Vent / G-tube / J-tube experience required.

Qualifications

• Active RN Missouri license required.
• Experience with pediatrics/young adults required - 2 years.
• Experience in managing personnel - 1 year.
• Positive Can-do attitude.
