Overview:

Calling all Foodies!!!

Club Feast is actively looking for a highly driven Director of Sales to build and develop our sales team for our rapidly-growing food-delivery startup. The Director will be responsible for driving new business growth via acquiring new restaurant partners for Club Feast.

As a hands-on leader, you will support your team's sourcing and converting leads whilst ensuring they are outperforming their sales targets at all times. You will strive to balance encouraging mentorship with effective performance management, to develop everyone into the future top-billers of the company.


Responsibilities
  • Managing and building the Club Feast sales teams, recruiting top talent, developing our existing team, and creating a strong sales culture
  • Creating and building on sales relationships with major restaurant partners, corporate partners and more, owning major relationships from prospecting through sale and delivery of Club Feast signup, acting as a player-coach as the team expands
  • Building and driving a solid outbound sales strategy, overseeing team’s cold calling, networking, partner/corporate outreach
  • Assisting analytics and data-driven decisions
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations while understanding category-specific landscapes

Requirements

Requirements:

  • You are a proven sales leader, with at least 4-6 years of sales leadership experience in the food-tech, restaurant, e-commerce and/or B2B/B2C markets, ideally in fast-growing start-up-like environments
  • Track record of inspiring and mentoring sales teams from no-experience to top-performers
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
  • You have the ability to effectively coach and train team members
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • You have experience leveraging data and metrics to assess current operations and make analytical recommendations for improvement
  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, tech, startup industry experience a plus
