Requirements

• Sales experience (boats sales experience a plus but not required)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Willingness to manage the transaction from greeting to boat delivery
• Desire to win as part of a team as opposed to being a solo performer
• Acute attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers/data base applications
