You must have extensive experience successfully running paid and organic programs across web and social channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter and Medium. Your Impact

Paid and Organic h across social channels

  • Define and execute on programs to drive acquisition and conversion of leads through website, paid search, digital ads and organic social
  • Campaign strategy and execution including Ad copy creation and A/B testing of paid social campaigns
  • Ad format testing
  • Conversion Tracking
  • Bidding strategy and optimization


Website

  • Author, edit, manage and optimize website with emphasis on SEO and inbound marketing best practices
  • Regularly perform traffic assessment, technical site audit, keyword analysis, position monitoring, sitemap analysis,
  • Ongoing backlink monitoring, audit and cleanup.
  • Page title and meta descriptions optimizations on a regular basis page speed improvement
  • Manage and report on google search and traffic sources
  • Mange website updates for new and existing content to grow DataVisor brand visibility and increase traffic to the website
  • Collaborate on and execute against website performance metrics create/manage dashboard for the marketing team


Content analysis and development

  • Own and manage the development of digital content and editorial calendar
  • Provide direction for thought leadership content on the DataVisor blog and across digital properties
  • Key word analysis and recommendations


Analytics and Reporting

  • Proven track record in making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver executive dashboards for monthly reporting and QBRs
  • Strong analytical skills to report and measure all digital campaigns, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and present solid conclusions and recommendation to senior leadership.


Written and Communication Skills

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
  • Ability to write effective copy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to participate on interdepartmental teams.


Requirements

Must-have

Educational and Technical Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science Math, Statistics or similar analytical field
  • MBA from a top tier university
  • Min 3-5 yrs experience working in tools and platforms (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, LI Ads, SEMRush, Unbounce, Sprout Social etc.)
  • Proven experience working in Wordpress, HTML, SQL, CSS
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, salesforce dashboards and excel analytics
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools


Professional Experience

  • 10-15+years total experience in B2B technology companies with recent experience in Security/Fraud/BI space
  • Proven PPC campaign management and SEO strategy experience with expertise in managing large ad spend
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing global, multichannel digital programs leveraging content syndication, paid search, display advertising and media, etc.
  • Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios.
