Greenfly is growing fast, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to fuel that growth and set up discovery meetings at some of world's most famous sport, entertainment and consumer brands.

We're looking for a great written communicator with excellent phone skills. You’re quick on your feet, and you genuinely love helping people be successful and achieve their goals. You’re great at making friends, and you’re also VERY tech savvy and familiar with social media marketing. You'll be speaking with VPs and CMOs about a 100x better way to generate awareness and revenue with social media.

At Greenfly, your positive attitude and work ethic are the keys to success and will quickly open the door to more responsibility and promotion. You'll report jointly to the head of sales and head of marketing.

The Greenfly brand advocacy platform helps sports, entertainment, and consumer brands harness the social influence of their advocates and ambassadors. Greenfly manages group communications, collaborative media creation, and content exchange to orchestrate the publication of authentic, high quality content to each advocate's social media profiles.

You Will

  • Utilize a combination of email, phone and social media outreach to identify and qualify prospective new customers
  • Overcome objections and set meetings for sales executives
  • Engage with prospects to uncover their social media marketing challenges
  • Maintain active communication with prospects by sending timely targeted materials with an account-based communications strategy
  • Meet (or exceed) monthly targets in setting up qualified meetings. Hustle and moxie will fuel your succes!
  • Be consultative and tell Greenfly’s story while listening to needs, goals and measures of success.
  • Listen, understand, and be an asset to your contacts

Requirements

You Must Have

  • A heavy hitter mentality whales are more fun than minnows
  • The perseverance and drive to make 100 calls a day and send 50 emails
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation / prospect outreach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy and the urge to get things donetoday
  • A fearless attitude: no senior-level manager is out of reach
  • Reliability. You do what you say, and you’re able meet goals and deadlines without being reminded.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working for a software company that sells to enterprise business, not SMBs
  • Experience with digital marketing or social media; knowledge of ambassador and influencer programs
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or SalesLoft, Outreach, or other similar CRM and outbound software
