What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Facebook Campaign Manager to work as part of our Customer Success team. You will work directly with the world’s leading direct to consumer, e-commerce and financial services brands which invest heavily into their growth through digital channels. You will design and conduct experiments by creating campaigns on Facebook amp; Instagram as well as other channels.

You will help customers to utilize the Genus AI platform to the fullest and provide ongoing reporting and performance improvement updates, best practices, and recommendations to improve their KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS and others. Teams at Genus AI work collaboratively to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll be working as part of our Customer Success, Data Science and Growth Teams to develop and iterate on strategies that improve both our customers and our platform.

Requirements

What will you do:

  • Review customer Facebook Ads Manager accounts to audit for best practices in terms of campaign set up, audiences, creative, budgets and testing
  • Design and implement meaningful and actionable audience and creative tests - typically A/B splits, multivariate and incrementality are also important though
  • Develop campaign strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the customers overall business objectives
  • Clearly communicate recommendations for next steps to clients grounded in campaign performance and AI powered insights
  • Stay abreast of ever changing tools/settings/and updates within the platform and ad tech ecosystem
  • Advise our customers on the best use of the Genus AI platform for improving their campaign KPIs
  • Oversee performance marketing related activities for all of our customers
  • Interact with our customers on a weekly basis via email and video calls
  • Create and manage digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms
  • Assist customers with audience creation, content matching and campaign experimental design
  • Share digital marketing best practices and strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and others for live digital campaigns
  • Provide in-depth analysis of performance quality measurements, to ensure customer programs are continuously improving
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve reporting in the Genus AI Dashboard
  • Take an active role in thought leadership through writing blogs, articles, and whitepapers
  • What you have:
  • 2+ years of paid advertising experience across the Facebook Family of Apps (FB, IG, Messenger, Whatsapp). Blueprint certified preferred
  • 2+ years of experience managing your own clients/accounts. (E-commerce/DTC preferred but not necessary as long as you have a good grasp of direct response and performance based marketing)
  • Advanced knowledge of test design and set up and factors that influence and invalidate test results - specifically within Facebook
  • Strong, professional verbal communication and willingness to ask questions in real time
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
  • You have experience with audience segmentation, audience creation and staging
  • You have experience with managing content libraries for paid social ads
  • You have experience with A/B testing and experimental design
  • You have familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning
  • You have familiarity with content production tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Canva and others
  • You have strong analytical skills and interest in AI-driven marketing
  • You have good customer facing skills and presentation chops
  • You’re known for being a team player
  • You have a high level of intellectual curiosity. You see opportunity and growth in learning more about what you do and how it impacts others
