What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist to work as part of our Customer Success team. You will work directly with the world’s leading direct to consumer, e-commerce and financial services brands which invest heavily into their growth through digital channels. You will design and conduct experiments by creating campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook Ads Manager.
You will help customers to utilize the Genus AI platform to the fullest and provide ongoing reporting and performance improvement updates, best practices, and recommendations to improve their KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and others. Teams at Genus AI work collaboratively to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll be working as part of our Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth Teams to develop and iterate on strategies that improve both our customers and our teams.
Requirements
What will you do:
- Advise our customers on the best use of the Genus AI platform for improving their campaign KPIs
- Oversee performance marketing related activities for all of our customers
- Interact with our customers on a weekly basis via email and video calls
- Create and manage digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms
- Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into digital acquisition and retargeting campaigns
- Assist customers with audience creation, content matching and campaign experimental design
- Share digital marketing best practices and strategies
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and others for live digital campaigns
- Provide in-depth analysis of performance quality measurements, to ensure customer programs are continuously improving
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve email reporting in the Genus AI Dashboard
- Take an active role in thought leadership through writing blogs, articles, and whitepapers
What you have:
- 3 to 5 years experience in performance marketing in direct to consumer or e-commerce space.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company or D2C growth marketing agency
- You're able to run reports on campaign performance, as well as analyze them and make recommendations based on that analysis
- You have a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and have experience in scaling digital campaigns
- You have experience with Google Ads platform
- You have experience with audience segmentation, audience creation and staging
- You have experience with content production for paid social ads such as text copy and image selection
- You have experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- You have familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning
- You have familiarity with content production tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Canva and others
- You have strong analytical skills and interest in AI-driven marketing
- You have good customer facing skills and presentation chops
- You’re known for being a team player
